When is Cambridge Pride 2025?

Saturday 14 June. 12 noon to 9:30pm.

How much is the entry fee for Cambridge Pride 2025 ?

Entry to Cambridge Pride is free !! You do not need to purchase tickets to attend.

This year, we have also added a private Oasis area within the festival with additional perks (£19) and a Deluxe Experience (£35) – for more details click here 

Also, the Official Pride Opening Party in conjunction with “Now That’s What I Call…Drag!!” is from 6pm Friday 13th June on Jesus Green.  Tickets can be purchased via Outsavvy

How do i join the Parade ? 

To participate in the parade, simply arrive at the Parade welcome point near the tennis courts by 11:30 for a 12pm start. You will not need to register in advance unless you are an organisation/group (if you are an organisation/company/group etc, please register here).
You will be directed to the start point after sponsors and other organisations have moved off from the start.
 
Other areas of the event start from around 1pm onwards.
 
Various spaces at the event close between 8pm and 9:30pm.
 
Where is Cambridge Pride 2025?
 

Are there shuttles buses ?

Absolutely – Stagecoach East are very  kindly putting on a FREE shuttle bus service from the train station to the event. These will be running from Cambridge train station to Jesus Green at 10am, 11am, and 1pm.  Return journeys from Jesus Green back to the train station will be at 4pm and 5pm. 
 
Are there toilets?
 
Yes – there will be multiple toilet facilities provided across Jesus Green, including accessible toilets.
 
Is there parking?
 
There is strictly no public parking on Jesus Green.
 
There are public car parks close to Jesus Green such as Queen Anne’s, Grand Arcade, Grafton and Part Street. 
 
We recommend using public transport or using one of the multiple Park and Ride sites.
 
Will there be food and drink vendors?
 
Yes – There is a wide range of food on site catering to a range of tastes and dietary needs.
 
There are also multiple bars serving soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.
 
You can bring your own food and drink to Jesus Green, but no glass bottles or jars are allowed. (We do ask you to dispose of your rubbish in the large wheelie bins around the event)
 
Normal rules for consuming and purchasing alcohol apply.
 
Are there water fountains?
 
Yes – There is a free drinking water at the tap on Jesus Green. The tap is clearly marked on our event map (to be issued soon)
 
Can I bring a tent and camp on Jesus Green ?
 
There is no camping on or near Jesus Green.
 
What are the prohibited items?
 
Common sense applies here, and would include strictly no illegal/illicit substances, fireworks/pyrotechnics/flares, portable BBQs, laser pens/portable laser equipment, gas cylinders/canisters/nitrous oxide, penknives/weapons of any kind, unapproved and unauthorised trading of goods, overly offensive/inflammatory logos/emblems/wording etc on flags or items of clothing.  No portable sound systems
 
What are the age requirements?
 
Cambridge Pride is a family friendly event. Where specific acts/sessions later in the day may contain adult language we provide adequate warning. We advise that all very young people are joined by an adult guardian. Please also take note of our Respect policy/Code of Conduct  

Who do I contact if there any issues or problems?

Go to the information desk (location to be confirmed shortly), or speak to one of our team (who will be wearing Pride lanyards and purple t-shirts with the Cambridge Pride logo)  For noise or other complaints of a serious nature only, there is a contact number (Please note – this is NOT an general information/team contact line) – 07827 967 370.

Whether you are travelling by car, train or bus, find out more information on travelling into Cambridge City Council website.
 
Are pets allowed?
 
Yes. We do request dogs are kept on leads at all times whilst onsite.
 

Will there be a “Quiet area” 

We recognise for some attendees, the event can potentially become very overwhelming, due to a multitude of sounds and large numbers of people etc – in this instance, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!  There will be a designated “Calm Corner” for anyone who needs to take a break away from the hustle and bustle – full details and location will follow very soon !
 
Can we bring BBQs?
 
BBQs are not permitted anywhere on Jesus green on Saturday 14 June 2024. (They are allowed the rest of the year though!)

Is there First Aid on site?
 
Yes, near the main stage.
