When is Cambridge Pride 2024?

Saturday 15 June. 12 noon to 9pm.
 
What time is Cambridge Pride 2024?
 
To participate in the parade, simply arrive at the Parade welcome point near the tennis courts by 11:30 for a 12pm start. You will not need to register in advance unless you are an organisation/group. You will be directed to the start point after sponsors and other organisations have moved off from the start.
 
Other areas of the event start from around 1pm onwards.
 
Various spaces at the event close between 8pm and 9pm.

Jesus Green.

Is there a launch party?

Yes! Cambridge Pride have teamed up with Now That’s What I Call…Drag to throw the ultimate opening night party from 6pm Friday 14th June on Jesus Green.

Are there shuttles?
 
Absolutely – Stagecoach East are kindly putting on shuttles from various locations throughout the day. Find the schedule here. 
 
Are there toilets?
 
Yes – there will be multiple toilet facilities provided across Jesus Green, including accessible toilets.
 
Is there parking?
 
There is no public parking on Jesus green.
 
There are public car parks close to Jesus green such as Queen Anne’s, Grand Arcade and Grafton.
 
We recommend using public transport or using one of the multiple Park and Ride sites.
 
Will there be food and drink vendors?
 
Yes – There is a wide range of food on site catering to all tastes and dietary needs.
 
There are also multiple bars serving soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.
 
You can bring your own food and drink to Jesus Green, but no glass bottles or jars are allowed.
 
Normal rules for consuming and purchasing alcohol apply.
 
Are there water fountains?
 
Yes – There is a free drinking water at the tap on Jesus Green. The tap is clearly marked on our event map.
 
Can I camp?
 
There is no camping on or near Jesus Green.
 
What are the prohibited items?
 
Common sense applies here.
 
What are the age requirements?
 
Cambridge Pride is a family friendly event. Where specific acts/sessions later in the day may contain adult language we provide adequate warning. We advise that all very young people are joined by an adult guardian.
 
Are tickets required?
 
No – the event is free!
 

However, the Official Pride Opening Party on 14 June is a ticketed event and tickets can be purchased via Outsavvy

Who do I contact if there any issues or problems?

 Go to the information desk at the main entrance to the Community Hive tent.

Are pets allowed?
 
Yes.
 
Can we bring BBQs?
 
BBQs are not permitted anywhere on Jesus green on Saturday 15 June 2024. They are allowed the rest of the year though! 
 
Can we take photos?
 
Yes definitely! Please tag us in them too.
 
Is there First Aid on site?
 
Yes, near the main stage.
